Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Sales Support, Legal, and Revenue to support the deal process.
Process new deals through CPQ, ensuring all orders comply with Sitecore booking guidelines.
After order completion, ensure licence-key delivery and SaaS activation; review processed orders
Maintain reliable billing processes and controls to support timely invoicing.
Ensure SLAs are met for order processing and billing; resolve queries promptly.
Support UAT for internal product and platform rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in order management, sales operations, or similar billing/order processing.
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
Business-level written/spoken proficiency in Japanese and English.
Knowledge of Japan’s Qualified Invoice System and Japanese Consumption Tax.
Strong understanding of order-to-cash; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
Excellent time-management and ability to handle urgent tasks under time constraints.
