Order Management & Billing - Lead

📋 Description

• Own Day-to-day execution of Order Management and Billing Operations across O2C lifecycle
• Lead cadence with BPO/external delivery teams; manage workload and SLAs
• Build and own BPO enablement: SOPs, playbooks, training, feedback loops
• Define ownership, governance, and performance across workflows
• Identify improvements to increase touchless processing and reduce rework
• Collaborate with Revenue Systems, Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, Deal Desk

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Order-to-Cash, Order Management, and Billing in SaaS/tech
• Expert in SaaS O2C processes: subscription, usage-based, hybrid models
• Hands-on with CPQ, ERP, billing/payments: Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Stripe, Metronome
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority
• Experience with ASC 606, month-end close, SOX controls, audit-ready processes
• Proven record leading large-scale OTC initiatives; data-driven decision making
