📋 Description

• Own end-to-end daily Order Management and Billing for cloud marketplaces and partner portfolio
• Manage order intake, usage ingestion, reconciliation, invoicing, credits, settlements, and partner
• Lead operating model, workflows, SLAs, controls, and readiness standards for portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches, translate requirements into executable workflows and controls.
• Ensure billing reliability, partner experience, customer outcomes, and financial integrity at scale.
• Maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement across the OTC process.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Billing Operations, Order Management, cloud marketplace ops, or complex usage-based
• Experience with cloud marketplaces or partner-billing models; knowledge of pricing, credits
• Proven track record in cross-functional launches from requirements to implementation and measurable
• Ability to influence stakeholders across Finance, Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and partners.
• Hands-on with CPQ, ERP, billing, and data platforms (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Stripe
• Experience with scaled delivery via BPO/offshore, service levels, capacity planning, QA, escalation
