📋 Description

• Manage orders across lifecycle with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Customer Services.
• Maintain accurate order data and back-order updates in business systems.
• Expedite overdue orders and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve delivery performance and ETA accuracy.
• Support complex orders and continuous process improvements.
• Provide timely updates to internal and external customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of order processing, supplier management or supply chain ops.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage expectations.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
• Process improvement mindset for accuracy and efficiency.
• ERP systems experience, especially NetSuite; Excel proficiency.
