Handle customer order processing and pricing control in Americas.
Escalate order errors across channels per data/approval standards.
Maintain pricing data and resolve price issues, UPC mistakes, delisted items.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Support, Replenishment, Master Data, Claims, and Commercial teams.
Seek opportunities to streamline operations and increase automation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field, or equivalent work
1-3 years in order management, pricing, or customer service operations
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI
Experience with order exception and approval tracking tools
Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication
