Order to Cash Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Administrative support across end-to-end O2C process
• Coordinate workload across regions and stakeholders
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and KPI dashboards
• Assist price increases and maintain records/audit trails
• Deliver O2C projects from initiation to UAT
• Balance 60% admin/projects with 40% O2C operational support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in O2C/AR/Finance Ops/Billing or Credit Control
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Intacct etc.)
• Experience with Stripe or similar payments platforms desirable
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Background in SaaS, payments, or tech environments advantageous
• Strong accounting knowledge and reconciliations
