🎯 Requirements

• Essential: Experience in organisation design, job architecture or effectiveness.
• Essential: Knowledge of recognised job architecture methodologies (e.g. SFIA).
• Essential: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Essential: Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Essential: Experience with HR systems and organisational data.
• Desirable: Experience supporting HR technology or automation projects.
