📋 Description

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support diagnostics on culture, engagement, structure
• Support organizational design projects with research, documentation, and toolkit creation.
• Benchmark industry practices for organizational development and leadership effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate organizational effectiveness across the company.
• Help manage timelines and communicate with stakeholders across initiatives.
• Coordinate leadership assessments and development tools with cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational
• Strong interest in organizational effectiveness and leadership development.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with Google Workspace/Slack.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with AI tools (Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience creating structured content (slides/docs) and advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills.
