📋 Description

• Assess stakeholder, organizational, process, role, and operational impacts associated with planned
• Develop and coordinate change-readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, and transition
• Support operational readiness assessments by identifying adoption dependencies, training
• Work closely with system owners and operational teams to document transition requirements while
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and operational stakeholders to ensure change impacts
• Capture adoption feedback and lessons learned, incorporating them into future implementation plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a
• 5+ years of experience in change management, technology adoption, organizational transformation
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise technology implementations involving multiple
• Strong capabilities in change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, facilitation
• Ability to translate technical or complex transformation initiatives into clear impacts, actions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and
