Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

📋 Description

• Lead people side of technology-enabled transformations with focus on SAP and large ERP
• Shape change strategies to help organizations transition to new processes, systems, and ways of
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, and adoption measurement.
• Collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, project teams, and consulting partners to build
• Support manufacturing transformations, driving adoption and minimizing disruption.
• Oversee OCM planning, execution, governance, and ongoing monitoring across initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large ERP/technology transformations.
• Strong SAP/SAP S/4HANA knowledge and related processes/transformation impacts.
• Experience developing change communications, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness assessments
• Expert in organizational design, transition planning, and change impact analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration across executive to operational levels.
