📋 Description

• Lead people side of technology-enabled transformations with SAP/ERP focus.
• Develop and implement OCM strategies aligned with objectives and timelines.
• Engage stakeholders, communications, readiness, training, and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership, project teams, and partners to drive adoption.
• Shape governance, ownership, and monitoring for large programs.
• Navigate manufacturing transformations minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading OCM initiatives for large ERP/technology transformations.
• Strong SAP/SAP S/4HANA knowledge; ERP transformation experience preferred.
• Experience in change communications, stakeholder plans, readiness, and adoption metrics.
• Expert in organizational design, transition planning, and change impact analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing environments required.
• Excellent facilitation and cross-stakeholder collaboration skills.
