📋 Description

• Develop and implement OCM strategies aligned with transformation objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Establish change networks and engagement structures for adoption.
• Design and execute communication strategies and leadership materials.
• Facilitate leadership sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Define OCM governance for large-scale programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading OCM for large ERP/tech transforms.
• Strong SAP/SAP S/4HANA knowledge preferred.
• Experience in change comms, engagement, readiness, adoption.
• Knowledge of org design, transition planning, impact analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
