Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

📋 Description

• Lead people-side of complex technology-enabled transformations with focus on SAP/ERP
• Shape change strategies for transitions to new processes and systems
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, and adoption metrics
• Collaborate with leadership, project teams, and partners for alignment and momentum
• Navigate manufacturing transformations to maximize adoption and minimize disruption
• Own OCM planning, governance, and continuous monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading OCM for large ERP/tech transformations
• Strong SAP/S/4HANA experience preferred
• Experience in change communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption
• Knowledge of organizational design, transition planning, and impact analysis
• Experience in manufacturing environments is required
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills across levels
