🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading OCM for ERP/technology transformations.
• Strong SAP/S/4HANA knowledge with related processes and impacts.
• Experience in change communications, engagement plans, readiness, and adoption measurement.
• Knowledge of organizational design, transition planning, and impact analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills across levels.
