Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategies aligned with
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change analyses to identify
• Establish and manage change networks and stakeholder engagement structures to support adoption.
• Design and execute communication strategies, including executive toolkits and leadership messaging.
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and stakeholder workshops across levels.
• Define OCM governance, roles, processes, and decision-making for large programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading OCM for large ERP or tech-enabled transformations.
• Strong SAP/SAP S/4HANA knowledge and transformation impact understanding.
• Experience in change communication, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption measurement.
• Knowledge of organizational design and transition planning.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is required.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills with execs to ops teams.
