• Lead OCM for technology-enabled transformations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading OCM for large ERP/tech transformations.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge preferred.
• Experience in change communications, readiness, and adoption metrics.
• Knowledge of org design, transition planning, and change impact analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing contexts is desirable.
• Excellent facilitation and cross-team collaboration skills.
