🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives for large-scale ERP or
• Strong knowledge of SAP platforms, with SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred, and an

• Strong knowledge of organizational design, transition planning, and change impact analysis.
• Experience working within or supporting manufacturing organizations is required.
