📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies aligned with transformation objectives
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change readiness evaluations
• Establish change networks and stakeholder engagement structures
• Design and execute communication strategies and leadership communications
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and stakeholder workshops
• Define OCM governance for large-scale transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading OCM for large-scale ERP/technology transformations
• Strong SAP/S/4HANA experience preferred
• Experience developing change communications and adoption frameworks
• Knowledge of org design, transition planning, change impact analysis
• Experience in manufacturing contexts
• Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills across org levels
