Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead OCM activities for Medicaid technology and org changes.
• Support SMA project leadership with timelines and priorities.
• Develop OCM plans, surveys, assessments, and communications.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, teams, vendors.
• Monitor status, budgets, risks, and resource needs.
• Facilitate client and vendor meetings to achieve objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; or 4 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years implementing OCM for system implementation projects using a formal framework.
• 3+ years as OCM Lead or SME for State Medicaid or large healthcare org.
• Experience with State HHS IT, MMIS, or related healthcare tech implementations preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools; Spanish fluency a plus.
