Organizational Services Clinical Care Navigator

📋 Description

• Provide clinical consultation to leaders, HR, and ER on behavioral health.
• Coordinate CISD responses for critical incidents.
• Deliver discreet, high-touch clinical support to executives and VIPs.
• Respond to HR/ER/benefits inquiries with Lyra guidance.
• Proactively reach out to high-risk employees with risk assessment.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records of interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW licensure required.
• CEAP preferred.
• Two years post-license experience (EAP/clinical call center or org consulting).
• Significant experience with high-risk clinical situations and CISD.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred (not required).
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States; no work from outside the U.S.
