Be responsible for tasks within the AR function & Order Processing, including Cash Collections
Analyze to determine Collections portfolio and understand customer queries; respond with
Analyze Order Processing process and respond to customer queries with a customer-centric approach
Assist in resolving customer claims/issues with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer master records while following internal controls and SOX policies.
Participate in AR/OP projects, including UAT and system testing with teams across EMEA, APJ and US.
