📋 Description

• Identify and engage OTC clients across regions and channels
• Conduct discovery on client background, trading needs, and settlements
• Prepare structured client profiles and onboarding readiness
• Coordinate handovers with Institutional Sales in early-stage engagements
• Maintain records in CRM and internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to move leads to active clients

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in sales development, fintech, payments, or crypto
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
• Comfortable speaking with professional and institutional clients
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Motivated, curious, and eager to grow in institutional crypto space
• Nice to have: Exposure to OTC trading flows and institutional clients
