  • Build and run the outbound growth machine from lead gen to discovery bookings.
  • Own end-to-end outbound chain: sourcing, enrichment, CRM pushes.
  • Enable outbound execution in Outreach/Lemlist; track results and feedback.
  • Lead gen data stack ownership: Snowflake, enrichment, dedupe, governance.
  • Define GTM initiatives; translate needs into actions and execute.
  • Improve data quality, cleanliness, efficiency; measure outbound metrics.

  • 5+ years in lead generation / outbound growth ops / Sales Ops in B2B tech.
  • English fluency (full working proficiency).
  • Strong SQL skills and database management.
  • AI experience: familiarity with LLMs, prompts, AI sales use-cases.
  • Automation / low-code workflows (Zapier or similar).
  • CRM fundamentals; Salesforce admin preferred (APIs, data model).
  • Experience with Outreach and Lemlist (or equivalents).
  • Reporting & analytics: metrics, dashboards, insights.
