🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually.
  • Performance bonus: $20,000 at target, up to $25,000 for strong performance.
  • Equity: Includes an equity component.
  • Remote flexibility: Full-time remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
  • PTO: 15 days in year one, 20 days in year two, 25 days from year three onward.
  • Flexible paid days: 7 paid flex days per year.
