• Lead Habitat Health’s Outreach and Enrollment team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare sales, outreach, enrollment, or related field
• Strong leadership and talent development skills
• Experience with outreach events, community partnerships, and growth strategies
• Knowledge of CMS, DHCS, regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with MS Office; quick learner of CRM/EMR systems

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $94,000 - $116,000
