Drive enrollment by building community relationships and guiding prospects to PACE.
Coordinate outreach activities in communities to generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
Develop monthly plans to meet enrollment goals with MOE Director.
Educate referral sources about WelbeHealth services.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in marketing or healthcare administration preferred
DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire
Minimum 1 year in sales/marketing; healthcare or senior care preferred
Tech experience with Salesforce, Athena, etc.
