Outreach Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate outreach and engagement in communities
• Identify opportunities with community organizations to generate qualified leads
• Build relationships with community leaders, senior centers, and local partners
• Develop monthly marketing plans to meet enrollment goals with MOE Director
• Educate referral sources about WelbeHealth’s services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
• DHCS training and exam as marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum 1 year in sales/marketing; healthcare or senior care experience preferred
• Technology experience such as Salesforce, Athena, etc.
