Role on Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team driving enrollment success
Build relationships in the community to generate quality referrals
Guide prospective participants into the PACE program
Engage with community leaders, seniors, and partners at events and organizations
Develop monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals
Provide education about WelbeHealth’s services to referral sources

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
Minimum 1 year in sales/marketing; healthcare or senior care setting preferred
Technology experience with Salesforce, Athena, etc.
