📋 Description

• Build and develop JetBrains' vendor ecosystem for outsourcing.
• Own end-to-end hiring for temporary staff (tech and non-tech).
• Partner with hiring managers to define when to use outsourcing.

• Establish and track vendor metrics (quality, speed, cost).
