• Own and operate a Cincinnati-based Decimal franchise location
• Lead firm management, client delivery, and business development
• Balance culture, financial health, compliance, and client relationships
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and operational processes
• Drive growth while maintaining Decimal’s standards and network

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
• 7+ years in accounting, advisory, or financial services
• Proven ability to manage client relationships directly
• Experience reviewing/signing off on complex engagements
• Leadership of teams with managers or senior staff
• Business development/sales experience, client expansion
