• Owner/Operator role for a White Plains franchise, with ownership and accountability of running a
• Early focus on firm management, client delivery, and business development; later shift toward
• Manage client onboarding and maintain Decimal’s standards within the franchise network.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in accounting, advisory, or financial services.
• Experience managing client relationships directly.
• Experience reviewing and signing off on complex engagements.
• Experience leading teams including managers or senior staff.
• Business development or sales experience, including client expansion and proposals.
