Packaging Operator III

📋 Description

• Manage production lines to meet schedule per SOPs and GMPs; monitor product quality.
• Adhere to safety procedures; use AbbVie tools to minimize contamination in packaging.
• Perform housekeeping and line clearances; blow finishing line/equipment as needed.
• Assist in automated equipment setup in packaging areas within value streams.
• Operate automated/semi-automated equipment to produce finished product with minimal supervision.
• Perform in-process checks, sample pulls, and quality-related tasks during production.

🎯 Requirements

• High school or equivalent; technical cert/degree preferred.
• Quality focus and compliance with site policies; ability to communicate issues to
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn new programs.
• Understanding of systems like POMs, SAP, MAXIMO preferred.
• cGMP knowledge preferred; ability to stand 8-12 hrs/day and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work 40-48 hrs/week, may reach 60 hrs based on manufacturing demands.
