📋 Description

• Design, implement and optimize Paid Media campaigns.
• Manage performance and awareness campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Analyze results, identify opportunities and optimize campaigns by metrics and goals.
• Develop SEO strategies to improve organic position.
• Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to boost brand presence in IA-based search engines.
• Collaborate on overall marketing strategy and brand positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Paid Media or Growth Marketing experience (EXCLUSIVE requirement).
• At least 3 years with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Pinterest.
• Solid knowledge of SEO and organic positioning.
• Practical interest in GEO and AI-based search positioning.
• Experience analyzing metrics, audiences and conversions.
• Ability to develop awareness, acquisition and growth strategies.
