• The Paid Media Manager will own the overall paid acquisition strategy, ensuring campaigns deliver

• Manage and guide external paid media agencies, setting expectations and ensuring alignment with
• Define campaign goals, KPIs, budget allocation, and optimization strategies to maximize revenue and

• Personally optimize and execute campaigns when appropriate while establishing scalable processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital acquisition roles.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign strategy, optimization, scaling, and
• Proven experience managing external agencies and holding partners accountable for results.
• Strong analytical and financial mindset with the ability to evaluate performance through revenue
• Experience owning paid media budgets and making data-driven investment decisions.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.
