📋 Description

  • Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on TikTok.
  • Set up, optimise, and scale TikTok Shop campaigns, including product-linked ads and affiliate coordination.
  • Develop and test ad creatives with UGC-style content and short-form video formats native to TikTok.
  • Monitor budgets, bids, audiences, and placements to maximise ROAS and minimise CAC.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages for performance gains.
  • Analyse campaign data and produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns in ecommerce, with demonstrated ability to scale profitably.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, including product catalogue setup, shop-linked ad campaigns, and creator/affiliate coordination.
  • Solid experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for ecommerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of paid social funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation for product-based businesses.
  • Analytical proficiency — comfortable reading data, drawing insights, and making optimization decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets of significant scale with accountability for ROAS and CAC targets.
