  • Set up and maintain paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Monitor daily delivery, flag pacing issues, budgets, and underperforming ad sets.
  • Optimize campaigns with creative, copy, audiences, and bids; support geo-fencing for events.
  • Analyze full journey: ensure ad-to-page messaging and post-click metrics.

  • 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, including in-platform Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Solid knowledge of paid search basics: keywords, match types, ad groups, Quality Score.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn paid social: Sponsored Content, targeting, and Lead Gen Forms.
  • Experience with UTM tagging; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Experience running or supporting structured A/B tests.
  • Strong attention to detail; track errors, naming, and budgets.
