  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns; support Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Own keyword strategy, bids, match types, and search intent.
  • Test Reddit, X (Twitter), and TikTok campaigns.
  • Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: targeting, testing, reporting, optimization.
  • Collaborate with Creative/Content teams to improve ad creatives; build dashboards.
  • Monitor KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and transform data into improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3โ€“6 years hands-on Google Ads (Paid Search) experience.
  • Proven B2B paid media campaigns with a lead-gen focus.
  • Experience across multiple international markets/global audiences.
  • Strong keyword research, bidding, match types, and conversion optimization.
  • End-to-end Google Ads management from setup to reporting.
  • Experience with Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
