Panelist Recruiter

📋 Description

• Directly work with and contact panelists for clinical studies participation
• Screen panelists for medical history and study requirements
• Schedule, track, and adjust panelist appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and strong phone manner
• Collaborate with teammates to meet recruiting goals
• Escalate issues and coordinate with investigators as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent (Required)
• Minimum 1 year telecommunication experience (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
• 3 years telecommunication experience (Preferred)
• 2 years of moderate to advanced problem-solving experience (Preferred)
• Project management experience (Preferred)
