Paralegal II, Litigation & Risk

📋 Description

• Oversee personal injury litigation and pre-litigation with counsel.
• Independently conduct factual investigations and lead document collection for pre-litigation and
• Review and analyze records and memos to advise on case management.
• Provide legal support to in-house attorneys and business partners to ensure policy compliance.
• Define procedures within Legal to promote efficient workflows.
• Proactively improve processes to scale Lyft's legal operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of litigation case management experience.
• A JD or Paralegal certificate is required.
• Preference for in-house legal or insurance claims experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Collaborative, cross-functional relationship builder.
• Exceptionally organized, efficient, detail-oriented, articulate.
