📋 Description

• Provide instructional support and targeted interventions in general ed, inclusion, resource, and
• Lead or support small-group instruction and monitor progress using school data tools.
• Support assessment administration and enter data with accuracy.
• Prepare materials and maintain an organized learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure access to grade-level content and prior/next steps.
• Provide flex coverage and assist with classroom operations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children/youth in schools or similar programs.
• Commitment to inclusive practices and confidential data handling (FERPA/IDEA).
• Willingness to assist with personal care and behavior supports as trained.
• Paraeducator/related certifications or/and prior SE experience is a plus.
