📋 Description

• Greet and welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need.
• Share fashion knowledge and product range to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to provide excellent support at every stage of the customer journey.
• Ensure the sales floor, stockroom, and staff areas are well-stocked, organized and welcoming.
• Assist with opening and closing routines of the store.
• Represent the brand positively when interacting with customers and colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in fashion or retail processes; willingness to learn everything else.
• Experience in customer service in fashion/retail or similar is a plus.
• Dynamic, collaborative, creative, curious, and keen to work with store tech, learn, and grow.
• Flexible and action-oriented, able to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
