• You are the first point of contact for customers, friendly, professional and focused on sales and

• Handle rental agreements and inquiries, stay organised and service-oriented
• Confirm damages with customers, collect signatures, and notify the Branch Manager
• Assist in refuelling and support efficient branch operations while representing SIXT
• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain high standards for customers

🎯 Requirements

• Sales Mindset and customer-focused
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales
• Communicate clearly in English
• Flexible, team-oriented and able to work weekends/holidays
• Valid driver’s licence with at least 12 months driving experience
