Collaborate with Clubhouse Manager on purchasing and inventory.

🎯 Requirements

Knowledge of standard culinary techniques and protocols.
Familiarity with restaurant operations and profit and loss analysis.
Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; adaptable startup mindset.
Food Safety Certified; able to work flexible schedule including days and nights.
