Part-Time Field Support Contractor – Western Nebraska

📋 Description

• Assist with installation, setup, maintenance, and removal of Arable field devices.
• Visit customer fields to inspect equipment and confirm devices are operating properly.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with Arable’s teams when needed.
• Assist with seasonal field activities and project setup.
• Communicate with growers, farm managers, and project partners professionally in the field.
• Provide updates, photos, and field observations to the Arable team after site visits.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in agriculture, farming, agronomy, irrigation, crop consulting, or related field.
• Familiarity with Nebraska agriculture, especially western Nebraska.
• Hands-on, practical approach; comfortable working independently in fields.
• Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn field technology and devices.
• Strong reliability, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with growers and farm managers professionally.
