📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor.
• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard insights and adjust floor.
• Open/close the store and ensure operational readiness.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and brand standards.
• Collaborate with management to coach, train and develop staff.
• Support store goals and contribute to a positive, productive environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Preferred: skincare/cosmetics knowledge and DEIB experience.
