• Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Required: Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Required: Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Required: Problem-solving skills for daily customer service issues.
• Required: Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Required: Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.

• Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
• Preferred: Experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Preferred: Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
