📋 Description

• Support Store Management across all areas; drive sales; open/close the store.
• Lead on the shop floor; coach sales associates to hit and exceed goals.
• Use StoreForce dashboards to coach the team and adjust floor layout.
• Deliver world-class customer experience; demonstrate products; collaborate.
• Educate customers on Lush values and engage with brand education.
• Develop product knowledge; train peers; lead by example.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service issues.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
