🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training
• Ability to lead a fast-paced team and solve day-to-day issues
• Knowledge and passion for skincare or cosmetics is preferred
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
