📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor to hit targets.
• Use StoreForce metrics to coach and adjust floor layout to boost sales.
• Open/close the store and manage cash handling accurately.
• Train and develop Sales Ambassadors to improve performance.
• Deliver world-class customer experience and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving for day-to-day customer service issues.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: skincare experience and DEIB or cross-cultural training.
