📋 Description

• Proactive part-time role supporting participant recruitment, panel management, and CATI
• Support DAM recruitment initiatives, annual panel maintenance, and other operational tasks for the
• Communicate study objectives and requirements to participants; guide registration and profiling
• Assist participants with installing/reviewing the research application on their devices; ensure
• Provide daily updates on recruitment progress and panel updates; meet productivity standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable telephone recruitment and interviews.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (conversational); Malay proficiency is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with smartphones, apps, and online surveys.
• Independent worker with good task management; prior market research/CATI experience is advantageous.
• Flexible part-time schedule; may require attendance at Kuala Lumpur office for briefings; remote
